学びを定着させるカリキュラム
アメリカの国立訓練研究所（National Training Laboratories）の研究によれば、学びの定着には“実践”が必要としています。日本で開講するVenture for All Programは、課題への取組み、ビジネスプランの作成、そしてプログラム修了後に次のクラスのコーチを担うことで、学びを定着させるメカニズムを備えています。
カリキュラムについて
授業は体系的に新規事業や起業に必要な知識を学べるよう、戦略・マーケティング・ファイナンス・組織に関わる科目を網羅的に配置しています。但し、知識の獲得は、本やウェブ、動画等で獲得できることも事実であり、個人によって知識と経験のバラツキもあります。
